Embark on an exhilarating expedition through Australia at our Australian Outback Adventure Summer Camp, specifically designed for inquisitive minds in grades 5-6! From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, your young adventurers will investigate the rich cultures, awe-inspiring landmarks, and unique wildlife of Australia through a variety of engaging activities and themed days. Each week, we'll weave STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) into our daily themes to create an enriching and well-rounded experience.
Daily Themes:
Exploring Australian Ecosystems (Science & Engineering): Discover the diverse ecosystems of Australia, analyze their unique characteristics, and participate in engineering challenges focused on habitat restoration and conservation.
Investigating Australian Inventions and Innovations (Technology & Engineering): Uncover groundbreaking Australian inventions and innovations, engage in hands-on experiments, and develop coding projects inspired by these advancements.
Celebrating Australian Cultures and Traditions (Art & Culture): Delve into the world of Australian art, music, and customs, and create culturally inspired projects that deepen your understanding of various Australian regions and their histories.
Australian Geography and Natural Wonders (Geography & Math): Analyze the geography of Australia, study famous landmarks and natural wonders, and participate in data analysis activities using real-world geographical data.
